Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, modified, damaged, or incomplete items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the item.
